Returns are not accepted.
Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.
When is a Return Applicable?
A return is applicable only in the following cases:
If an incorrect product is delivered, or
If the product is delivered in a damaged condition
In such cases, the customer must share valid proof.
Proof Requirement
For wrong or damaged products, customers are required to share:
Clear images and/or videos of the product received
Images of the outer packaging
Order number

Exchange Process
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
Exchange is subject to verification and approval by the Aakaay team
Once approved, the exchange will be processed accordingly.
Important Notes
Only one exchange per order is permitted
Exchange timelines depend on product availability
Aakaay reserves the right to accept or reject any request after verification
