Delivery

Our delivery partners usually attempt multiple deliveries. You may also coordinate directly with the courier partner once tracking details are shared.

Most delivery partners attempt a call prior to delivery, though this cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the courier service.

At present, open delivery is not available. However, we ensure secure packaging and quality checks before dispatch.

For urgent requirements, you may contact our team. While we’ll try our best to expedite dispatch, faster delivery cannot be guaranteed.

NO Returns, only exchange in 7 days. Return is only applicable if wrong item delivered OR damaged item delivered & customer need to share the proof via email/ whatsapp.

Exchange requests can be raised by contacting our support team. Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup and replacement.

Return pickups are usually scheduled within 48–72 working hours. If delayed, please reach out to us for an update.

Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment or bank account, as applicable, once the returned product is received and verified.

Refunds are initiated within 48 hours of pickup completion and typically reflect in your account within 5–7 working days.
